Jennifer brings over 30 years of hill experience to S-3. Her career with the House Appropriations Committee began in 1991, working on the former Treasury, Postal Service Subcommittee, moving to the Defense Subcommittee then Full Committee, and finally spending the last 12 years on the Legislative Branch Subcommittee where she held the position of Clerk and Staff Director.
Jennifer serves as Vice President of Operations, in this role she manages day-to-day operations as they relate to human resources, compliance, contracting and vendor relations.
Jennifer studied business and psychology at DeVry University and is a native of Virginia.
